Quark is VERY healthy, the basic ingredient for the cheesecake European style: not as salty like the cheesecakes you are preparing with philadelphia cheese.br /Quark gives the cheesecake a light texture and a fresh taste.br /Also only with fresh fruit quark is very tasty.br /And the best, mix it with onions, a pinch of garlic, salt and pepper and add a lot of fresh minced herbs. Delicious with baked potatoes, healthy and low calories.br /br /The only con is, you can't get Quark in the US stores. So you have to order and the shipping costs are horrifying to getting it fresh and cooled. So I only can buy this product once a year, because 45 Dollar including shipping and handling for a pack of 6 is more than only expensive.
